Pastor Bloy describes a set of covers to commemorate many of the achievements that occurred during Queen Victoria's reign from 1837-1901. Four of the 53 covers show Christmas customs that began during the Victorian era. Three covers are illustrated in full colour.

  • "A Report from WASHINGTON 2006". . . by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., CPC #987. Richard  describes and illustrates three Christmas-related covers he picked up at the show. A Christmas metered cover which was short paid by 11 cents shown by the tied postage due stamps. A U.S. Postal Service change of address card....signed October 8 but not postmarked until December 22 and franked with two 8 cents Christmas stamps. The third cover features four different services: ordinary first class mail, special delivery service, registration and return receipt service.
